Receptionist excellent at Ilchester. No problem getting appointment for family member. My appointment was for blood test nurse excellent. my only criticism is having to sometimes call and get through to Somerton, but now this has changed to being able to call Ilchester direct much relieved. Ilchester Linsey much more helpful than Somerton.

Telephone answering is now awful. Reception staff at Honester were quite rude when I called in impromptu because I could not get anyone to pick up after ringing 3X for about 7 mins.

The clinicians, specifically Lin and Sylvia are amazing. Absolutely 10/10! Unfortunately the reception/admin staff are on the whole shockingly awful!They are unprofessional, rude, unhelpful and unfriendly. In specifics Val Hunt is really terrible to deal with as is the bank receptionist Deborah - see other page.
